Reaper Engineering is excited to offer the best air ride suspension
available. We have suspensions for Yamaha Vstar 650,
1100, and Road Star, Harley 99-earlier softail and 00-07 Duece,
as well as Kawasaki VN900.
If you are in the market for an air ride suspension for your
pride and joy, or are bored with the performance of your
current air ride suspension, don’t get tricked into getting just a
billet air shock. The
billet air shock set up is a disappointment for those who like to
really ride their bikes, and not just show them off.
The difference with the air ride suspension that we are
offering is that it utilizes a real shock absorber, in
conjunction with a Firestone air bag bladder. This system uses the same
proven technology that Big rigs have been using for years, and also
has been popular with the custom rods and truck scene
The comfort/performance difference between
an air bag/shock absorber system and a billet air shock type system
is night and day. You
will think that you are riding on an upgraded stock
suspension setup. You
will no longer experience the pogo-stick action when hitting bumps
or irregularities in the roads at high speeds, and also no more
wallowing when doing aggressive riding. If you currently own a
billet air shock suspension, you will know exactly what we're
talking about.
When we had the billet air shock type suspension
on our personal bikes, we had to re-learn how to ride in
the hills. We
couldn’t get as aggressive as we wanted, because the suspension
wasn’t doing what it was suppose to, and it did things that we
didn’t want it to do.
With this patented (U.S. Patent 6668960) air bag
suspension, we can now ride like we use to and really
enjoy our bike!
The icing on the cake is that we still have the ride
height adjustability to be able to slam the bike down when parked,
or just cruising on the surface streets.
Don’t settle for a system that only allows you to adjust ride
height at the sacrifice of loosing your stock suspension
characteristics. Don’t
let lower initial price of the other systems trick you into
getting just ride height adjustability. The system that we are
offering is well worth the cost for real comfort, height
adjustability, and the ability to keep riding like you do with the
stock suspension.
If you are only going to “show”
your bike, then by all means get one of the other systems, but if
you want to “show” your bike, as well as
ride it, then this is the system for
you!
