With Series 4.0 Round Demon Flow Mufflers, you can custom build your muffler or resonator.

 

Step 1) Choose Muffler Body OD.

Step 2) Choose Muffler Inlet Size.

Step 3) Choose Muffler Body length.

Step 4) Specify in the Notes at Checkout!!! Muffler (Fiberglass & Stainless Steel Packing/Warm Deep Sound) Or resonator (100% Stainless packing/Tinny Sound).

Step 5) Add badge? if you want the Reaper badge added please specify at checkout as this will incur an additional $50-85 depending on size and orientation. We will bill separately.

     

    Like all DemonFlow's the S4 is Precision TIG welded 1.5mm thick 304 grade stainless steel body and End Caps. They retain the highest possible Heat range we have seen in any muffler and are guaranteed not to blow out. We leave the body brushed and heat stained with welds being coloured to give the S3 Round mufflers that "As Welded" look.
